It sounds crazy, but you can use food to feel full faster. It sounds counter-productive but if you eat a certain way you can trick that signal going to the brain and never feel hungry.

This is how it’s done: Make sure you have small amounts of food portioned out for the day or the week. What you would normally eat in three meals, you would eat in six. It is very good for weight loss and your body will have no reason to ever send the signal that you are hungry.

  • Small portions are a great way to lose weight, but if they leave you feeling hungry, it isn’t going to work. The key is to fill your plate with nutritious, filling foods. Here’s a strategy that you can try: use a smaller dish or bowl, and fill up half of it with fruits and veggies. Then, fill another quarter of that dish with some tasty lean protein. The rest of the dish can be a whole grain or starch, such as whole-wheat pasta, whole-grain bread, or potatoes.
