How Do I Order Phentramin-D?
Phentramin-D can be purchased easily online by choosing the quantity you would like then adding it to your shopping cart. You will then be taken through a quick online order form and when the transaction is complete you will receive an order confirmation email.
Is It Safe to Order from Phentramin-D.com?
Definitely. All customer information, including credit card numbers, are protected with industry-standard secure-server technology that encrypts all information.
Will I Be Charged Monthly for Orders I Don’t Want?
Absolutely NOT! We do not do auto-billing or auto-shipping of any kind. Once you have paid for your order you will not ever be charged for any other products. When you are ready to order more, simply return to our website and place another order.
What if I Don’t Receive My Confirmation Email?
If you do not recieve your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail; many times they get placed there in error. If you still can’t locate the email, please contact one of our customer service representatives so we can send you a replacement email at: TrustedCustomerService@LazarusLabs.com.
Do I Have to Be Home to Accept My Order?
UPS and postal service do not require a signature at the time of delivery and may leave your package at your mailing address if it is deemed safe to do so.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
It normally takes 24 hours after your order is submitted to get the order approved and ready for shipment, and then 2 “business days” in transit (not counting Sat or Sun or U.S. Holidays). Most United States orders are shipped via UPS. To contact UPS, please call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).
International orders normally take 10 to 14 “business days” in transit (not counting Sat or Sun or U.S. Holidays). International orders are shipped via USPS. To contact the U.S. Post Office (USPS), please call 1-800-275-8777.
Can I Ship My Order to a Military APO/FPO Address?
Yes, we can ship orders designated for military use to P.O. boxes via United States Postal Service. Please note that for military location delivery, in addition to regular delivery time, you will have to wait for the military to forward the package to you.
When indicating your military shipping address, please enter the following information:
- “APO,” “FPO,” “MPO,” “PAL,” “SAM,” or “MOM” will be your “City”
- “AA,” “AE,” or “AP” will be your “State”
- ZIP Code will begin with either 0, 9, or 3
Can My Order Be Shipped Internationally?
Yes, orders can be shipped to international addresses, including to APO/FPO addresses. Customs of some countries may put an unexpected delay on the delivery of your order that we will have no control over; please allow extra time for your package to pass through Customs.
Certain countries do not allow shipments of this type of product to be imported. Those countries names may not show up on our order form. At this time, Australia, Germany and Italy do not allow us to ship our products; the orders could be confiscated by Customs and no refund will be allowed.
Is There A Return and Refund Policy?
All sales are final. You may not request a refund or cancel your order once your order has been processed for shipment. No refunds are given if you change your mind and decide not to take the product or if it is your physician’s opinion that you should no longer take the product. If you have mistakenly provided an incorrect address and your order was shipped to that address, you will not receive a refund. We do not honor refunds if the customer refuses delivery.
What Is The Difference Between Phentramin-D Tablets and Capsules?
The only difference between Phentramin-D tablets and capsules is their form. Phentramin-D tablets are small, oval, with white with blue specks. Phentramin-D capsules are small, white and blue gelatin capsules. Both tablets and capsules contain the same amount of ingredients and are equally effective.
What Are the Ingredients in Phentramin-D?
Both Phentramin-D tablets and capsules contain a proprietary blend of 2-Phenylethylamine HCl, Caffeine, Hordenine HCl, and Synephrine HCl.
Does Phentramin-D Cause Any Side Effects?
The two main side effects of Phentramin-D are increased energy and raised focus. In general, you should not have any adverse side effects while taking Phentramin-D. Occasionally a customer will complain of dry mouth or slight nausea. If this occurs, please increase your water intake to at least 64 ounces per day and take the Phentramin-D with your meal instead of 20 minutes before the meal. If you have any concerns about the way you are experiencing effects from this pill, stop taking the pills until you have consulted your doctor.
Do not increase your dose or take Phentramin-D more than the recommended daily dose. Taking this product in excess or too late in the day could cause sleeplessness. Do not take Phentramin-D if you have a known medical condition including high blood pressure, diabetes, any cardiovascular disorder, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, or are taking prescription medication.
