If you’re used to purchasing microwavable popcorn, you might want to change your ways, as these products are usually loaded with unhealthy fats and other undesirable ingredients.

Check the ingredients list and nutrition facts on your favorite breakfast cereals, oatmeal, and granola. You might find unwanted ingredients like hydrogenated oils that translate to trans fat.
