Ingredients

  • 4 bulbs of garlic
  • Half a tablespoon of olive oil
  • Just a dash of salt
  • 6 teaspoons of butter
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • Fresh sage
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 1 lemon cut into 4 wedges
  • Sprigs of fresh thyme

  1. In order to bring out the real flavor of garlic, we are going to roast three of them. Preheat your oven for about 12 minutes before you start preparing the soup.
